Acceptable use, in plain words.

The short version: use our hosted services to make charts. Respect the limits and other users. Do not scrape, attack or resell access to the service.

What this policy covers

This policy covers the hosted AI connector. A hosted render API is planned; it is not currently offered — when it is, its published terms and limits will apply. Access to hosted services and any licensed local software is also subject to the Meiku Charts License. Local MCP is part of Pro and Team; your own render server requires Team or an OEM license.

Meiku Charts is for adults. Do not use the service if you are under 18 or below the legal adult age in your jurisdiction.

Fair-use limits

Hosted services have monthly allowances and fair-use limits. Your plan determines the allowance; respect any response asking you to slow down. An allowance is a ceiling, not a guarantee of availability. We give advance notice before changing free hosted-service limits.

Do not abuse access

• Do not scrape or bulk-harvest our hosted endpoints. Ordinary chart requests through the connector are allowed.
• Do not resell access to our hosted services, or offer a proxy that resells that access.
• Do not rotate addresses, use multiple identities or take other steps to get around limits or blocks.
• Do not attack the service, interfere with other users or deliberately overload it.
• Do not submit unlawful content in charts.

Blocking abuse

We may limit or block access that abuses the service or breaks this policy. If you believe a block was a mistake, email support@meikucharts.com. For service-wide rules, read the Terms of service.
