The short version: use our hosted services to make charts. Respect the limits and other users. Do not scrape, attack or resell access to the service.

What this policy covers

This policy covers the hosted AI connector. A hosted render API is planned; it is not currently offered — when it is, its published terms and limits will apply. These restrictions concern access to services we operate: they do not restrict rights granted by the MIT licence to the core software, including running your own copy.

Fair-use limits

The hosted connector allows up to 60 requests per minute per account. Stay within that limit and respect any response asking you to slow down. The limit is a ceiling, not a guarantee of availability.

Do not abuse access

• Do not scrape or bulk-harvest our hosted endpoints. Ordinary chart requests through the connector are allowed.
• Do not resell access to our hosted services, or offer a proxy that resells that access.
• Do not rotate addresses, use multiple identities or take other steps to get around limits or blocks.
• Do not attack the service, interfere with other users or deliberately overload it.
• Do not submit unlawful content in charts.

Blocking abuse
