Terms, in plain words.

The short version: use Meiku Charts to make and embed charts. Use the service lawfully, respect its limits, and check your results. The service is provided “as is”.

Who provides the service

Meiku Charts is a product of Hirsch Atelier Online Seller (Dubai, UAE). These terms cover meikucharts.com and our hosted services and local MCP server; by using them, you agree to these terms. Questions: support@meikucharts.com.

Using Meiku Charts

You must be at least 18 years old and of legal adult age in your jurisdiction to use Meiku Charts. The chart makers work in your browser without an account; the AI connector requires Google sign-in. You may embed charts under the conditions and domain coverage of your plan. You are responsible for having permission to use and publish the data and content in your charts.

What is not allowed

Do not attack or disrupt the service, abuse or bypass its limits, or put unlawful content in charts. Use of the AI connector is also subject to the Acceptable use policy.

One free account per person. Do not create accounts to get around the free allowance. We may pause or lower the free allowance to prevent this abuse.

Meiku Charts License

Meiku Charts is proprietary commercial software. We grant you permission to use the chart makers, exports, embeds and the local MCP server as described in your plan and these terms. All rights reserved. Rights not expressly granted are reserved; other uses require our written permission.

Free use requires the “Made with Meiku Charts” credit on embeds and the meikucharts.com mark on PNG and SVG exports to remain intact and visible. Pro permits your own credit line, or no credit, on one website and its subdomains, and clean exports in each browser where you enable Pro. Pro is for an individual’s own website; where a team or a company publishes, Team is required. Team permits the same for up to 10 people on up to 10 websites and their subdomains. AI connector allowances remain subject to fair-use limits. See Pricing for the plan features.

You may not modify the software, remove or hide required credits or marks, copy and rehost its files, redistribute or resell it, bypass Pro key or site key checks, reverse engineer it, or offer it as your own service, except where applicable law expressly permits such activity. A paid plan's permission to publish without our credit does not grant permission to alter the code or bypass its controls.

Integrating the engine into your own product for your customers requires a separate OEM license. Contact support@meikucharts.com to agree an OEM license.

Third-party components in a download keep their own licenses, listed in its THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES.txt. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under those licenses.

Paid plans and billing

Polar sells subscriptions as our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. Pro costs $19 per month or $190 per year. For Team, contact us. Prices are in US dollars. Your chosen price and billing period are shown before payment. A subscription renews automatically at that interval until you cancel. The launch price remains locked for as long as you stay subscribed.

Tax is calculated at checkout: included in the price in most countries, added at checkout in the US, Canada and India. Polar calculates, collects and remits tax and issues the receipt.

Cancellation and refunds

To cancel, open the Polar customer portal, enter the email address used at checkout, and cancel your subscription. Cancellation stops future renewals. Paid access continues until the end of the paid period, unless applicable law requires otherwise. After that, Free plan conditions apply, including the required embed credit and export marks; embeds may take up to a few days to return to Free while cached license checks expire. Deleting your Meiku Charts account does not cancel your Polar subscription.

For a refund request, contact support@polar.sh with your order reference. Polar reviews requests under its Checkout Buyer Terms, applicable law and card network rules. Fees for elapsed billing periods are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or where the product was not provided. Cancelling does not automatically refund a payment, and a refund does not by itself cancel future renewals. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

Free hosted services

Free hosted services have monthly allowances and fair-use limits. We may change those limits with advance notice, except when pausing or lowering the free allowance to prevent abuse as described above. We may also change or discontinue free features; we do not guarantee that a particular free feature or hosted endpoint will remain available indefinitely.

Availability and responsibility

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, to the extent the law allows. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free results or suitability for every purpose — check a chart's data and output before relying on it or publishing it.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, lost data or business interruption arising from use of the service or its unavailability. Nothing here excludes liability, or limits consumer rights, that the law does not allow us to exclude or limit.

We will maintain access to the paid product through the end of your paid subscription period. If the paid product is unavailable, we will arrange a pro-rated refund through Polar for the affected period. Contact support@meikucharts.com with your order reference. This does not limit any additional remedies required by law.
