About Meiku Charts Editorial
We are the team behind Meiku Charts, a meikuio project. We write about reading charts, making them and understanding the data they show.
How we check a story
We start with primary sources: the original dataset, research paper or documentation. Before publishing, we check every number against its source and explain units, dates and any limits that affect the comparison. Source links stay with the article so you can check our work.
When an article changes, its “Last updated” date shows when we last revised it. We add a note explaining what changed when we correct a fact or update the data. Spelling fixes don't get a note.
Found an error? Contact us with the article link and the detail we should check. We review the source and record corrections in the article.
Why our charts are interactive
Our articles use Meiku Charts to let you inspect values and compare the data yourself. A live chart is interactive, but its data doesn't update by itself. Each article explains where its data came from and the period it covers.
Comments are coming soon. When they open, we'll publish the sign-in and moderation rules here. For now, send questions and corrections through our contact page.
